We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of growing our presence in the Texas, California, and Florida regions, with particular attention to off-grid energy solutions and potential opportunities within the RV sector.

What we’re looking for:

• Sales Leadership: proven success in sales and business development is an advantage, particularly in the renewable energy sector or related industries like off-grid solutions, building, engineering, or electrical trades.
• Local Expertise: you should be based in Texas, California, or Florida and have a solid understanding of the energy needs and opportunities in your region.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: you thrive on building relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way will be key.
• Product Knowledge: familiarity with Victron Energy products or similar power conversion and renewable energy solutions is a big plus. If not, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
• Tech-Savvy & Independent: You are a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely, but also a team player when it comes to collaboration and knowledge sharing. You are proficient with digital tools and comfortable with virtual meetings and presentations.
• Passion for Energy Innovation: A deep interest in sustainable energy solutions and a genuine desire to contribute to the future of energy management.
